Delivery
We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days after they payment. Our goal is to ensure that your shipment arrives safely and as quickly as possible, which is why we cooperate with PPL and Zásilkovna (Packeta). Shipping costs are based on their current price lists, which may change.
If you prefer a different shipping method (e.g., Balíkovna or another carrier), we will be happy to arrange it individually (please select "pick-up" option during payment and use the contact form below).

Payment
On our e-shop, you can conveniently and securely pay through the Comgate payment gateway, which supports card payments, bank transfers, and online wallets. You can find more information here. Unfortunately, we can only process payments in CZK, so the final amount may slightly differ from the amounts shown by currency converters. If you prefer to pick up your goods in person, we also offer the option to pay in cash upon personal collection (by prior arrangement).
